Did you just file taxes? I'm a (small) business owner also and I received mine during the second batch/group of "electronic" mailings.
It's less of a redistribution as it is a loan on your taxes... it's YOUR money but they're going to let you have it sooner. We'll see how next year goes with taxes and how this actually factors into that!!
Than again, maybe it doesn't matter because with NObama we'll all be so poor so we'll just have to wait for all of his unrealistic promises to trickle down to us and fix all our problems!
...so depressing...
Yeah, it is a loan - but we have to pay tax on it... as a small business it's all income...
