A group of us are heading to the Los Alamitos Racetrack on July 19th at 6pm to watch the 13 running of the Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals - wanna join us?

Admission is $3 for adults; Children 17 and under are free. General parking
is free. Los Alamitos Race Course is located at 4961 Katella Avenue in Los

The 13th running of the Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals will be on
Saturday, July 19, 2008, with proceeds to benefit the Seal Beach Animal Care
Center. The Care Center is a non-profit group dedicated to finding home for
stray animals in the Orange County area.

We went a few years ago and had a good time... BUT it does get very crowded, so get there early. If you don't, you won't sit in the shade. We were baking in the sun like those Wieners, and the food lines took forever. Just some free advice :)
